THERAPY SERVICES
W.I.S.E. Therapy Center is a teletherapy practice serving clients in the State of NJ. We offer both individual and family (couples) therapy addressing the many pieces of your life that you are trying to balance daily. We accept most major insurances, as well as self pay clients.
PROVIDERS
Robyn White is the Owner and CEO of W.I.S.E. Therapy Center. Robyn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of clinical experience.
Robyn has worked extensively with diverse populations in a variety of settings. She strives to provide a safe and comfortable environment where clients can learn to utilize skills, find their strengths, and set and achieve goals that allow them to be their best self. Robyn believes therapy is an interactive process and sees clients as the experts in their lives and meets them where they are. Her genuine and honest approach allows her clients to feel comfortable and heard.
Robyn is certified in Trauma Response and Crisis Intervention. Some treatment approaches Robyn utilizes are Trauma-Informed, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy.
